Return and Refund

退換服務

若該產品並不符合規格、污損或其他瑕疵等問題需要安排退貨,請於收到貨品後7工作日內通知我們,雙方直接預約進行更換或退貨及退款手續。

如產品引起任何敏感或不適,可安排退換,並呈交醫生紙以證明本公司的產品引起客人敏感或不適。

由收貨日起計7天,可退換同等價值之貨品,退換前請先聯絡我們顧客服務部。

每件貨品只能退換一次。

以下情況或產品恕不接受退貨退款或退貨退換服務:
產品收貨期已超過7天。
產品並未保持完好包裝、人為破壞、損毀或不完整。
任何顯示不接受退貨的折扣產品、清貨產品或特賣產品。
任何免費贈品及試用裝禮品。
如任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權不得議異。

如貨品在送貨途中遭受損毀,請聯絡我們以便退換產品。而再次運送貨並不會加收任何運費。

如遇退回的貨品已經售完,我們會以同等價值之貨品更換。

退貨程序
請以電郵或致電給顧客服務部,並提供訂單編號、退換產品名稱、退換原因等資料。
請妥善包好退回的貨品,附上訂單正本及聯絡資料。
退還組合貨品時,請務必將所有配件、與送抵時相同之所有內容全數退還。若缺少其中一件商品(包含配件)則無法辦理退貨手續。
將退換貨品郵寄到本公司:香港鰂魚涌華蘭路20號華蘭中心22樓2206室 或 到把貨品交到我們的門市分店。
寄回退貨產品的運費必須由客人負責,本公司有權拒絕接收支付運費之產品

退款

退換之貨品如未能符合我們的退換條件,所有退貨將不獲退換或退款,及不會負責將貨品退回。

退款時,原來訂單的運費將不獲退回。

退回貨品的附送廣贈品或特價購買產品等,亦必須一併退回,否則退款將不獲處理。如未有退回附屬的贈品,退款時我們將會扣除該贈品或特價貨品的價值。

退款將以付款的形式支付。
-
訂購和退款時的匯率差異及變動將導致商品貨款、退貨運費的金額有可能產生盈虧。會員不得要求本公司退回匯差虧損。

使用信用卡退款時,因信用卡公司的結算日、支付日的關係,最長可能需2個月時間才能退還至會員訂購時所使用的信用卡帳戶。

支付寶退款處理手續最長需10天的時間。

部份訂單會因收貨地址不詳、郵政信箱、酒店地址、多次派送均無人收件、或收件人拒收包裹等原因而被退回。被退回的訂單是送往本公司地址,我們會在退款中扣除原本的運費、退貨運費及產品總額的百分之十五,作為退回訂單處理費。若訂單處理費超過會員所支付的訂購金額,超出的金額將會由會員支付。

運送被退回的包裹,客人需要支付再次運送的運費。

Return Policy

We do offer exchange only if received the Merchandise was not met specifications, damaged or defective. Please contact our customer service team within 7 working days for return and refund arrangement.

If the Merchandise cause to sensitive or any discomfort, please submit medical certificate to prove that.

Customer can exchange the same value of Merchandise within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Merchandise can only be exchanged once.

Following returns are unacceptable.
Returned more than 7 days from the date of receipt.
Any Merchandise that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any discount, clearance or sales product.
Free gift product and samples.
In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.

If any damage during delivery, please contact us to exchange the Merchandise. The shipping fee can be exemption in this situation.

If the exchange Merchandise is out of stock, we will replace the Merchandise of equivalent value.

Return Procedure
Email or phone to customer service team, and provide the information of order number, Merchandise name and the reason of return.
Pack the returned Merchandise along with the original sales invoice and contact detail.
A product set has to have all components of the set to be returned.
Send the returning merchandise by mail to our office or shop.

Refund

All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.

We regret that we do not refund original shipping fee and handling fees with the return.

If your order was placed with a free gift or promotional items, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the Merchandise will be deducted from the refund.

The same method used for payment of the order shall be used for refund.

The exchange rate for the refund may be different from that in invoicing, and customer may make profit or loss in the refund. Customer shall not make a claim to us if incurred an exchange loss.

Please note that it may take as long as two months for a refund when an order paid with a credit card due to the invoicing and payment timing.

Several days to up to 10 days for an Alipay/Paypal order due to payment processing timing.

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts or parcel refused by recipient. When returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of Merchandises as re-stocking fee. The excess amount should be paid by the customer when re-stocking fee was exceeded the order amount. Customers will be charged for resend shipping fee per parcel.
