Delivery Methods

送貨方式

香港地區
- 購物滿HK$300可享免費送貨服務到一個指定地址(不接受郵政信箱地址)。如多於一個指定地址,需由買家支付額外運送地點之運費。
- 如購物未滿HK$300,運費HK$30需由客人支付,並經由本地速遞公司付運。
- 送貨方式會由本公司而定,並會因應情況而更改。
- 送貨服務只限港島、九龍區及新界區。離島地區不提供送貨服務。
- 星期六、日及公眾假期不設送貨服務。
- 送貨服務需時7個工作天,於確認付款當日起計算。
- 若客人指定特定的遞送方法,運費會由客人承擔,並需以電子郵件或致電通知我們的顧客服務部為您處理。然而,我們將不負責賠償在運送過程中,因任何合理或不可避免的延遲而造成的損失。

當訂單確認及付款後,我們會發出一封「訂單送貨通知」的電郵到您的電郵信箱。
訂單均會於訂購後1至2個工作天處理及付運,您可於7個工作天內收到所訂購的產品。

海外及中國地區 (香港特別行政區以外的地方)
- 運送費用會於確認訂單後,由本公司客戶服務代表會於1至2天內透過電子郵件答覆客人。海外運送費用會因應貨品的重量及運送的國家而收取額外費用。如需收取額外費用,客人的訂單會被保留,直至我們通知客人有關之費用。
- 送貨服務需時14個工作天,於確認付款當日起計算。
- 已運送通知
當訂單確認及付款後,我們會發出一封「訂單送貨通知」的電郵到您的電郵信箱。
訂單均會於訂購後1至2個工作天處理及付運,您可於14個工作天內收到所訂購的產品。

出貨與送貨之免責事項
如出現以下述狀況時,本公司無法確保貨品能否如常發送商品或派遞至客人指定的送貨地址。
(1) 客人因個人原因沒有收取貨品
(2) 受法定假日、天災、交通原因或天氣影響
(3) 因送貨地區較偏遠導致派遞公司送貨時間延遲時
(4) 因客人填寫的收貨地址不正確、郵政信箱、酒店地址而導致商品被退回,本公司將不承擔任何後果。此外,若需再次寄送至正確地址時,客人需要支付再次運送的運費。
(5) 若因客人或收貨人拒收商品,或超過保管期限,導致商品被退回的情況時,訂購的金額將會退還。我們會在退款中扣除原本的運費、退貨運費及產品總額的百分之十五,作為退回訂單處理費,餘數將按「退款政策」及「退款時間」處理。若訂單處理費超過客人所支付的訂購金額,超出的金額將會由會員支付。

Delivery Methods

Hong Kong Region
- Purchase of HK$300 or above, you can enjoy free delivery service to one delivery address (P.O. Box is not acceptable). Extra charge for extra delivery point.
- If purchase less than HK$300, HK$30 will be charged for shipping fee and use local courier service as our delivery company.
- Delivery methods are determined by our company and subject to change based on difference situation.
- Deliveries can be made to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. (not acceptable for off-shore island)
- Delivery service is not available on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
- Delivery time needs 7 full working days from date of payment confirmation.
- Customer should be responsible for the shipping fee when they require specific delivery method. Customer has to email or phone to our customer service team for arrangement. We would not be responsible for any damages or delay made from the delivery company.
- Shipping Fee:
First Weight (<2kg) HK$30
Additional Weight (1kg) + HK$20
- Dispatch notification
Dispatch Notification email will be sent to you after dispatched your order.
The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online. You can expect to receive this email within the 7 business day timeframe.

Oversea and Mainland China Region
- Shipping cost will be provided by our Customer Service Team via email within 1 to 2 days upon receipt of your online purchase order. Certain international shipments may require extra shipping cost due to weight or country location. If this is required, your order will be held until we can advise you of extra charges.
- Delivery time needs 14 full working days from date of payment confirmation.
- Dispatch notification
Dispatch Notification email will be sent to you after dispatched your order.
The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online. You can receive the Merchandises within 14 full working days.

Indemnification
We may not be able to make a delivery to customer or location customer specify in the order in the normal fulfillment schedule in the following cases.
(1) Customer refuses to receive the Merchandises due to personal reason.
(2) When reasons of the delivery service provider (e. g. legal holidays), weather, transportation conditions.
(3) When the delivery required additional time (e. g. delivery to a remote location)
(4) When we were not delivered due to inaccurate address information (e.g. P.O. Box, hotel address) entered by customer, we shall not be held responsible for the outcome of said delivery attempt. Additional fees such as shipping fee will be charged on cost bases when re-delivery to the correct address is requested.
(5) When customer or recipient refuses to accept the Merchandises, or exceed the storage period of the undeliverable Merchandises, we will issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, the handling fee and 15% of value of Merchandises as re-stocking fee. The excess amount should be paid by the customer when re-stocking fee was exceeded the order amount.
